Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before using our website. Proceeding to use the website will indicate your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you wish to use any services produced online now or in the future, you are also subject to the applicable terms. We reserve the right to change the website and these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you, and your continued use of the website indicates your continued acceptance of the terms and conditions as modified.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sensual Solutions, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use by you of the Sensual Solutions Sites and/or the Community Areas.

Termination

Sensual Solutions shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with respect to any user which Sensual Solutions, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. Sensual Solutions does not have to provide a refund for services under any conditions. Either you or Sensual Solutions may terminate this Agreement at any time. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with (i) any terms and conditions of this Agreement, or policy or practice of Sensual Solutions in operating the Sensual Solutions Sites and/or the Community Areas, (ii) content available through the Subscription or change therein, or (iii) amount or type of fees or billing methods, or change therein, is to terminate this Agreement by accessing your Paypal.com account. Notice of termination will be effective upon receipt by Sensual Solutions Without limiting the foregoing, Sensual Solutions shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with respect to any user which Sensual Solutions, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. In the event that your account is terminated or canceled, no refund of any fees, including monthly membership fee, will be granted. Fees paid for any Subscription are paid in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part.

Changed Terms

Sensual Solutions shall have the right at any time to impose, change or modify its content, text, images, privacy, or other terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Sensual Solutions Services. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the Sensual Solutions Sites a revised version of this Agreement or notification by electronic or conventional mail. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your Subscription. Any use of the Sensual Solutions Services by you after such notice shall conclusively be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions. You agree to review the terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such revisions.

External Links

Sensual Solutions may link you to other third-party web sites maintained by others on the Internet. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Sensual Solutions of the contents of any of those third-party web sites. Sensual Solutions cannot take responsibility for information found on third-party web sites outside its control. If you decide to access linked third-party web sites, you do so at your own risk. While Sensual Solutions attempts to provide links only to third-party web sites that comply with all applicable laws and regulations, please understand that the content on those third-party web sites is subject to change without notice. We therefore cannot be responsible for, and accept no liability for, any information or opinion contained in any third-party web site.

If you operate a Web site and wish to link to Sensual Solutions you may do so provided you agree to cease such link upon request from Sensual Solutions.

For all such information and material, you grant Sensual Solutions, its affiliates and related entities, a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, modify, display, archive, store, distribute, reproduce and create derivative works from such information, in any form, media, software or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future. You also grant Sensual Solutions the right to use any material, information, ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any communication you send to us for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information. All rights in this paragraph are granted without the need for additional compensation of any sort to you. Should you send any unsolicited materials or ideas, you do so with the understanding that no additional consideration of any sort will be provided to you, and that you are waiving any claim against Sensual Solutions and its affiliates regarding the use of such materials and ideas, even if material or an idea is used that is substantially similar to the idea you sent.

Advertising

The following apply to all ads placed with Sensual Solutions:
Sensual Solutions is not responsible for errors made by the customer in submitting advertising. If there is an error in any advertisement, it is the responsibility of the customer to go online and modify the ad. Customers who detect other errors in any advertisement or content should contact Sensual Solutions immediately via our contact link. For material errors caused by Sensual Solutions, users will receive a credit toward the purchase of future advertising equal to the value of the advertisement for the time during which the material error existed. All such credit is applied to future advertising only NO REFUNDS.

Interactive Areas

Sensual Solutions provides chat room services to users of the Internet. Sensual Solutions does not pre-screen information posted. We do not assume any responsibility for the topic of discussion in any chat room, the behavior of any individual in a room, or the actual conversation in a room. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information expressed or made available by users are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Sensual Solutions. Sensual Solutions neither endorses nor guarantees the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any such Content. By entering any chat room, all users agree to follow the rules for conduct and absolve Sensual Solutions of any financial, legal or moral issues arising from the use of Sensual Solutions chat rooms. Sensual Solutions cannot and does not monitor all of the material posted or transmitted by users and third party information providers. To protect your safety, please use your best judgment when using these forums. This means that you, and not Sensual Solutions, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the service. We reserve the right to remove any content posted on our site at any time for any reason. • Discriminates on the grounds of race, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, sexual orientation or disability, or refers to such matters in any manner prohibited by law.
• Violates or inappropriately encourages the violation of any municipal, state, federal or international law, rule, regulation or ordinance.
• Unfairly interferes with any third party’s uninterrupted use of Sensual Solutions.
• Advertises, promotes or offers to trade any goods or services, except in areas specifically designated for such purpose.
• Uploads copyrighted or other proprietary material of any kind on Sensual Solutions without the express permission of the owner of that material.
• Uses or attempts to use another’s account, password, service or system except as expressly permitted by the Terms of Service.
• Uploads or transmits viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files.
• Disrupts, interferes with, or otherwise harms or violates the security of Sensual Solutions or any services, system resources, accounts, passwords, servers or networks connected to or accessible through Sensual Solutions or affiliated or linked sites.
• “Flames” any individual or entity (e.g., sends repeated messages related to another user and/or makes derogatory or offensive comments about another individual), or repeats prior posting of the same message under multiple threads or subjects.
• You are solely responsible for any interaction with other members of Sensual Solutions. Sensual Solutions reserves the right but shall have no obligation to monitor disputes between you and any other member of Sensual Solution.
• Sensual Solutions will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of any person or persons who violates the Terms of Service.

International Users

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

Miscellaneous

Sensual Solutions may modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict the use of any portion of Sensual Solutions, including the availability of any portion of the Content at any time, without notice or liability. Sensual Solutions may deny access to any person or user at any time for any reason. In addition, Sensual Solutions may at any time transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to any affiliate, subsidiary or business unit, or any of their affiliated companies or divisions, or any entity that acquires Sensual Solutions or any of their assets. If for any reason any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected in that provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. You expressly agree that use of Sensual Solutions is at your own risk. Sensual Solutions makes no warranty that Sensual Solutions will meet your requirements, or that Sensual Solutions will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free, or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through Sensual Solutions. You understand and agree that any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of Sensual Solutions is done at your own discretion and risk.

Services and fees

Sensual Solutions relates to social companionship and does not promote nor condone prostitution, perversity and/or illegal activities. Our services include in particular companionship for dinner dates, cultural events and business occasions, anti-stress massage (not medical), relaxation, conversation, and so on… Any money that changes hands – as a result of meeting either directly or indirectly through this site – is solely for time and discreet companionship or additional services such as modelling, sensual massage, personal assistance or private dancing. Anything else that may take place must therefore be considered as a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age and can NEVER be contracted for, NOR be the subject of a request to be contracted for, NOR be the subject of a request for compensation in any way whatsoever. It is understood that Sensual Solutions is not the employer of the representatives introduced on our web pages. These ladies are working individuals, Sensual Solutions is acting as an agent only and (its owners/the agency) assume(s) no liability for the representatives.

The Terms and the relationship between you and Sensual Solutions shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any failure of Sensual Solutions to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Sensual Solutions reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to our web site. Sensual Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing this Terms of Service.

Refunds and Fees

Sensual Solutions does NOT provide refunds to customers. All services are accurately represented and explained within the Sensual Solutions website. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to read and understand what services are being offered.
